Heavy rains were expected within a day of taking the bottom picture. Hydroseeding
would have simply washed away. Soil, sand, compost and seed were blown over the
entire slope area. Fourteen days after the expected rains the grass grew and held with-
out failure. The top pictures illustrate a similar situation that shows how injected seed
worked where Hydroseeding would have failed.
